We describe the GSI Catalogue (Geosynchronous Satellite "Intelsat 6 F-4" Catalogue: Kyiv 1983—1989) containing topocentric equatorial coordinates and orbital elements of the geosynchronous satellite obtained through photographic method at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 1983—1989 (http://www/mao.kiev.ua/astlastrom.htm). Our results of 390 observations during 53 nights are presented.
