Abstract: The Feynman path-integral technique is applied to calculate the cross-spectra and phase speed of weak interplanetary scintillations. The possibility to investigate the thin structure of the outer solar wind by simultaneous measurements of temporary scintillation spectra and the phase speed dispersion dependencies is considered for decameter radio waves. |
