The influence of small scale magnetic fields on profiles of magnetically sensitive λ 525.02 nm and λ 1564.85 nm Fe I lines in the quiet solar photosphere

Abstract: 

An analytical estimate for integral influence of small-scale magnetic fields on the line absorption co efficient is derived. The formation of the magnetically sensitive Fe I lines in the conditions of the quiet solar photosphere in the presence of small-scale magnetic fields is studied. It is shown that these fields are liable to spread wings of magnetically sensitive lines.
