Abstract: 

A procedure for the determination of physical parameters of a low-velocity bipolar outflow is developed. The procedure is based on the analysis of observations of spectral lines of the 13CO molecule. The mapping of the massive starformation region IRAS 05345+3157 is performed in the 13CO line at a frequency of 110.2 GHz (transition J = 1-0). The bipolar outflow of the object is identified with 13CO (J = 1-0). The main parameters of the bipolar outflow are determined with the use of the procedure developed.
