Abstract:

— The works of processing of Kitab’s plates of FON project was completed. It was used 1963 plates. The catalogue of equatorial coordinates and B-magnitudes of 13 413 268 stars and galaxies up to B ≤ 17.5m for the epoch 1984.97 was compiled. The Epson Expression 10000XL scanner was used for digitization with the mode 1200 dpi, the size of plates are 30*30 cm or 13 000*13 000 px. The coordinates of stars and galaxies were obtained in the Tycho-2 reference system, and B-value in the system of photoelectric standards. The internal accuracy of the catalog for all objects is σαδ = 0.23" and σB = 0.15m (for stars in the range of B = 5m...14m errors areσαδ, HB = 0.085" and σB = 0.054m). Convergence between the calculated and reference positions is σαδ = 0.042", and the convergence with photoelectric stellar B-magnitudes is σB = 0.16m. External accuracy from the comparison with UCAC-4 is σαδ = 0.26" ( 9 892 697 or 73.75 % stars and galaxies were cross identified).
