The acceleration of charged particles in active galactic nuclear is considered by means of Fermi mechanism. It is shown that the most efficiently will be accelerate the relativistic particles. The acceleration of nonrelativistic particles by means of this mechanism it is passable only in nuclear from the very great number of nonuniformity that is on the assumption of their strong turbulization.
